Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial self-efficacy, financial literacy, and digital financial services on the investment interest of the youth generation. The research paradigm employs positivism with a quantitative approach through survey methods. The respondents in this study are 30 young individuals from Haduyang village, South Lampung, who filled out closed questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive tests, correlation, and mediation with the assistance of IBM SPSS 25. The results indicate that financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and digital financial services have a positive effect on investment interest. Furthermore, financial self-efficacy has been proven to mediate the relationship between financial literacy and investment interest, while digital financial services enhance access and facilitate the investment process for the youth. This finding emphasizes the importance of financial literacy, the empowerment of financial self-confidence, as well as the development of secure and user-friendly digital services to enhance the investment interest of the younger generation in the digital era.
