Pengaruh Self Management Terhadap Sikap Kedisiplinan Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial FKIP Universitas Lampung
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-management terhadap sikap kedisiplinan mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial FKIP Universitas Lampung. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel penelitian terdiri dari 81 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan wawancara, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-management berpengaruh positif sebesar 49,2% terhadap sikap kedisiplinan mahasiswa, dengan faktor tambahan seperti motivasi diri, karakteristik individu, dan lingkungan sosial turut memengaruhi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola waktu, emosi, dan sumber daya pribadi berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan sikap kedisiplinan.
This study aims to analyze the influence of self-management on the disciplinary attitudes of students in the Social Sciences Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. Using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the research sample consisted of 81 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, and analyzed using a simple regression test. The results showed that self-management had a positive effect of 49.2% on students' disciplinary attitudes, with additional factors such as self-motivation, individual characteristics, and social environment also influencing. This study concluded that students' ability to manage time, emotions, and personal resources contributed significantly to improving disciplinary attitudes.
